Hi, I'm the new blogger

I first became aware of the e-commerce apprenticeship through an employment agency advisor at my school. When I found out how versatile the apprenticeship is, I was immediately interested. The combination of commercial knowledge, creativity and the opportunity to really understand the processes in online retail simply suits me perfectly. What I find particularly exciting is the insight behind the scenes of an online store. I like shopping myself and therefore find it really interesting to see the processes from a different perspective and to understand how a store really works.

I first became aware of the BAUR Group through my parents. I heard early on that BAUR is not only a well-known company, but also stands for very good training. During my research, I was particularly attracted by the fact that BAUR not only looks back on a long company history, but also offers a modern and flexible working environment. The opportunity to work from home was an additional plus point for me - especially because I don't yet have a driver's license and the commute to Weismain by public transport is quite long. All these factors reinforced my decision to apply to the BAUR Group. And before I knew it, I had started my apprenticeship as an e-commerce clerk at BAUR - and I couldn't have made a better decision. Even in the first few weeks, I realized how much I enjoyed the work and how well the apprenticeship suited me.
